While not the craziest or most exciting campaign, I love this American Crew campaign for a number of reasons. First of all, it is integrated soo well. Magazines, Youtube, text messaging, OOH (Out of home) marketing- all with the same, consistent message. It really hits the target audience from every point of contact. Awesome.
Second of all, it takes advantage of the internet in a cool way. People spend hours searching for answers online everyday. American Crew is finding out what people question the most when it comes to hair loss, and using it to both the consumer and the company’s advantage. They are creating a one stop shop for all the answers to their consumers’ questions, which as a result, makes them the expert. Becoming master of your domain is probably one of the best things you can do for your brand.
